I so connect with this post." It's like the difference between a "Leader" and a "Guide". If one claims the title of "Leader" it implies they have a detailed plan and know exactly what is going to happen and when. A Guide is certain of only 1 thing "where we are now". They have a general idea of where we are headed. A Guide is willing to conceed that there will be uncertainties and an occasional need to backtrack. A Guide's objective is to get the entire grpou or community to the destination. Leaders have agendas and self serving motives. Gimme a guide anyday.
