Please take care, SL. The summer has blazed by and I hadn't realized you were leaving so soon. You are loved and missed, and will be in my prayers during this most intense season.

Intead of gutts, shouldn't it be butts?

Thanks TC.
Becky: indeed. Without patriotic lap dancers, where would this country be?

OH NO....more people who swear and follow the way of Christ....if not for guns in the revolutionary war you would not even be in America with any freedoms at all....guts.....people who follow the NARROW WAY walk with guts for we are ridiculed and villified and mocked by the "emergents" all the time....it takes GUTS to stand for Christ and His truth.....God....enough said..the PURITAN PILGRIMS cut a COVENANT with GOD when they came over...the MAYLOWER COMPACT and it was for the glory of God and to WORSHIP HIM ALONE.....but now we have hindus in the Senate Chambers praying to some "deity" that is not the Living God....

mock and laugh and jeer and cuss your heads off...you're part of brainwashed herd of humanity that can not function without "community".....try some solitary confinement in prision as you're arrested for your faith....no community there....will you stand?

Richard Valantasis once said (I know he did) that the decline of a civilization begins with its cheerleaders. (He said this after one of those cheerleader news articles about how cheerleaders with their short dresses and vigorous dancing were occasions of sin.) So there. SL, we hope you are safe in St. Paul, indeed we are praying.

I'm embarrassed to say that I live maybe 25 minutes away from the shrine (in Lincoln), and drive RIGHT BY IT all the time on the way to my parents' house in Omaha, but have never actually taken the time to stop and check it out. I really need to do that sometime. Thanks for the reminder.
